Additionally, we are very experienced in creating delicious vegetarian and vegan cuisine. If you are looking for a specialized menu, please schedule a meeting with Chef Avesta and she will design and create a menu perfectly tailored to your needs. We love to use organic foods, especially locally grown and raised items, but please note that these items will be based on seasonal availability.
About Avesta
Chef Avesta’s Kurdish roots have greatly influenced her cooking, along with extensive knowledge of Greek, Turkish, Persian, Arabic and European cuisines, including classical western European training.
Avesta began cooking at a young age alongside her first inspiration, her mother, whose love of cooking shaped Avesta’s desire to learn to cook and who still has a large impact on Avesta Cuisine today.
