Abraham Catering has grown from a 2 person operation in the early days to 30 full time employees and 125 part time employees today. We are a full service catering company that can arrange for any of your needs, decorations, entertainment, facilities, valet parking, coat checking, themes, audio visual equipment, tents, etc.
Abraham Catering Service, Inc. was founded in 1951 by George and Josephine Abraham as an off-premise catering company out of their home. George and Josephine eventually purchased a building on 1513 Military Avenue in 1965 containing 2,000 square feet.George Jr. (Hap) joined the company in 1968 after graduating from the Culinary Institute of America. Hap purchased a new building in Ralston, Nebraska, 5520 Miller Avenue, in 1992, containing 10,000 square feet.
